Payment forms accepted

There are several payment methods accepted for deliveries. All orders must be paid for at the time of delivery via check unless you have been set-up on credit terms (Net 10), pre-paid deposit, Business-to-Business E-Payments or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Buisness-to-Buisness Electronic Payments

Brown Distributing Company is ready and willing to help you save time in the payment process of your purchases. Through the use of "paperless" settlement, similar to that found in banking, insurance, utility, auto, government and numerous other entities, we've automated, and made the payment process even more convenient.

Here's how it works. With your completed enrollment, Brown Distributing Company settles your invoice totals for the correct amount of sale and the next day transmits payment information to Bank of America. The funds are transferred out of your checking account the following day, that is, the second day after delivery. Your signature on our invoice copy signifies that you have received the product and allows us to process your e-payment automatically.

We take our business relationship with you very seriously, and offer this financial product as a mutually beneficial tool that can enhance our customer service commitment to you. It is a secure process, which relies on proven technology and those who try it usually end up wondering why they didn't do it sooner!
